that the doc is just reading off what the patient wrote down. Patients often have no idea how to spell or pronounce their meds, so they can produce some really random words when they try to fill out their new-patient forms. It could be anything. Leaving a blank was a good choice. You're not a mind reader, and even if you were, whatever is in the patient's mind is almost certainly not even going to be close to whatever the drug really is!
