It is recorded telephonic interviews between the insurance company and the insured. It is a Q&A session.
You have to type every stutter and uh, uh-huh's, etc. QA was rough. Sound quality wasn't always great especially on the insured's part, and there is the ever present talking over each other. You are expected to have high accuracy as in every type of transcription out there. It was a lot of long-hand typing. I didn't find many phrases or words that I could make into a brief.
I found it tedious and didn't earn much money at all.
