How can you say you need a job and yet want to apply at company that is constantly out of work, subbing all of their work out to other MTSOs? What a waste of time. Apply to the companies that are doing their overflow or that company that is advertising and doing overflow for Nuance.
If you are looking for an employee position, you better look outside of being an MT. Those jobs are dead. There are perhaps a few places out there and if there are, I would try them before MM and for the record, MM is a horrible company to work for. They will lie to you and treat you like dirt.
