I don't think they are gong to sell out either. Google iMedX and click on their subsidiaries. I think there are 15 transcription companies including Amphion that iMedX owns. I don't see them being bought out by anyone. It's just cheaper to outsource the work and the company make big bucks.
I worked for a small MTSO and the owners were from India. We outsourced to other companies and their family members in India and to keep the facilities from knowing that, the MTs from India were given American names. There is no telling what iMedX is actually up to.
