I have no clue what they are like to work for, but why are you putting yourself through the stress of doing MT work? You know darn well that it's all going sour, and it's extremely likely that N or M will buy them out.
If you must, go on ahead and hope for the best for now, but meanwhile----PLEASE start sending out non-MT resumes and applications for non-MT work. That's where I put my energy 5 years ago, and it worked out beautifully.
