For the Record - NTS

Just for the record, for anyone who is considering our company, we are a growing company as we are adding accounts. Our testing is fairly easy as we require 10+ years experience and anyone with that experience should be able to pass our test. The training is very short as it goes over the basics and you are given detailed instructions and questions are welcomed. Those bashing our QA team are typically ones who either cannot take constructive criticism or make recurring errors and do not own up to their own faults. We only dismiss MTs if they make repetitive critical errors. Looking over this site and people's comments, it is pretty much a bashing site for transcription companies, which is why we no longer post job openings here. We do not expect perfection, but do give feedback and expect MTs to pay attention to the feedback and make corrections on future dictations. We have no overflow accounts and the primary account we have been hiring for has been growing as they are buying facilities. A lot of the comments posted regarding our company that are negative are not true, but posted by those who did not qualify for continued employment with us. I just want to set the record straight and do not care to get into any discussions with anyone on this site. You are welcome to contact me personally at christina.reed@ntstranscription. Every company has its pros and cons and this site primarily focuses on all the cons and fabrications for every company mentioned.
