This was yesterday and I no longer remember exactly, though I know it was orthopedic. I decided to go with sloppy lateral as there seemed more credible resources to back it up. It's like a type of loose lateral positioning. Anyway, not 100% certain this is correct and probably should have left a blank but did feel I had enough data backing up sloppy to go ahead and put it. I will come back and let you all know if it comes up on an audit as wrong!
