LIPOSUCTION - S/L DRY ERASE PORT - SEWING-BIRD Posted: Jan 5th, 2018 - 9:06 pm
The surgery is a tumescent suction-assisted lipectomy of the neck, circumferential upper arm, entire anterior abdominal wall, circumferential abdomen, waist, hip, axillae, brow line, back, medial thigh, and lateral thigh. He dictates later in the report this:
After an adequate amount of time to take effect, suction-assisted lipectomy was performed with three, four, and five mm cannulae in a cross-hatching fashion taking symmetrical amounts from each area as measured on s/l the dry erase" port.
I have checked google, bing and Yahoo on line and Stedman's Plastic Surgery Words, Tessers Medical Dictionary, Stedman's Surgery Word book, the Primary Medical Phrase Index book, and Stedman's medical phrase book and found nothing. I have listen 4 times - typed on and came back 3 more times and still am not sure what he is saying. There is such a thing as dry liposuction but he is using tumescent solution.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
