You are exactly right. This is the truth. SN is a thorn in your side, yet the right-hand man. Nasty, nasty, nasty and a good soldier though.
You are to complete horrible dictation that the hospital personnel has let go and you are to hurry and get it done before it is out of turn-around time! And yes, perfectly or then you're on the chopping block if you made a 'critical error.' SN has her eye on you all the time. She is far from perfect though. Oh, and the cherry picking goes on. Lies too..."The hospital is waiting for the report!"
Don't know what the game is, but surely tried and they can surely knock you down. Go for it, but if you find the same problems, just know you are not alone.
CR has an office with probably her staff that have been there for years and have a one-on-one relationship.
SN does not work in the office.
Templates and hands-on help is probably in the office, but surely not to those at home...who knows. Something is not right in Texas.
