I just got switched to the Inscribe platform. I have asked this question to my supervisor but can't seem to get an answer. How come the only thing that shows up are shadowscribe lines and never any standard lines? Is this normal? I am having to straight type a lot of sentences. I used to type on this platform for a different account and had both ASR and standard lines show up. I feel like I'm not getting anywhere without the standard lines to boost my count up. Am I missing something? Thank you for any information ahead of time!
