This is a company to avoid and I have a feeling she posted on FB, because everyone on this site knows who she is and how she treats her MTs. She offers decent pay and employee status, but you are at her beck and call and you better be there and oh yes, do not take too long in a report by some horrible ESL that is 30 minutes of dictation, but if you make a mistake, look out on that too.
You can't win with this company and if she does pay a decent rate, why is she always looking for help?
Avoid, avoid, avoid, even if you are desperate. There are other companies out there that will treat you like garbage as well, but not browbeat you like she does and the work is horrible and leftovers from the day shift of the hospital she covers. There is no way you will ever work days for her. I think that schedule she has posted is her only one, at least that is the one she is always hiring for.
