"per audio hour" means, don't you?

If the dictation is really, really easy, and you are really, really good, you might be able to fly through 1 audio hour (that is, 1 hour of dictated material) in 2 hours.

If you are an ordinary mortal, it will likely take 2-1/2 to 3 hours to transcribe that 1 audio hour.

You're not going to be paid $20 for each hour you spend transcribing. You are going to be paid $20 for that 1-hour batch of dictation, regardless of how long it takes you to transcribe it.

Do the math. It's minimum wage.
