Unfortunately, you can't control how many jobs are waiting. That is something they adjust according to workflow.
Supposedly there is now an option to add headers when Document Check stops on them. This still does not work for me. But you go into Tools, Options, Document Check, then click the box at the bottom that says something about adding headings. Hopefully you will have better luck than I did! I find it beyond annoying that Document Check stops on them!
Most of the ways to tweak Fluency to your liking are in that same Options location. I have changed font size and background and a few other things. I use Expansions constantly. That is one tool I could not do without, whether in Fluency or Word!
