I believe this is this Sri Lankan enterprise I read about in "Per Capita", which is a journal available online that discusses recent HIPAA-compliant EHR acquisitions. Precision is working closely with this Sri Lankan firm, their proprietary name is on the tip of my tongue.....I believe it is "Vamkar Int'l. Medical Data Holdings, GMBH", or something like that. Watch out for these guys. They are really trying to tip the scales from 3/6 to more like 1.75/4. BEWARE.
