Here's how - Mellin

You know how there are two sides to the main Winscribe screen (the right side shows the cases that need to be typed and the left side just lists folder names)? There should be a "folder" on the left that says "Completed Items." It has a number in brackets after it. If you don't see it, click on your "Inbox" file folder and it will expand with other folders nesting under it. When you click on it, the right side of the screen will show you a list of all the cases you've marked as "complete." Sometimes, they are in a funky order for some reason. And sometimes, you need to RIGHT CLICK up at the top of the column headings (mine say "length, author, department," etc.) to bring up the COLUMN CHOOSER. Drag (left click on) the one that says COMPLETED ON up to the rest of the column headings. That way, you can sort by date, which is the easiest way. When you click on COMPLETED ON to sort by date, it should be pretty easy to see the case you need to bring back into your queue. Just highlight it by right clicking on it and selecting the RETYPE option. It will place it back in your queue. It sounds difficult but it's not! If you need more help, let me know!
