I wouldn't recommend. The doctor she's advertising for is an absolute terror. I stopped working for her months ago, which means that she hired someone before then and now, and that person likely quit. Pay also isn't in line with the dictator's extremely difficult style of dictating and the doctor is located in California, which I believe should be reason for higher pay. There are also other nuances, such as one woman she has working for her who is an absolutely know-it-all and doesn't believe in engaging in polite exchange. Imo, not worth it.
