I've been a tier 3 for 17 yrs, and I would not recommend it to - anyone.

You have no idea how much incredibly difficult garbage is out there. I never make my line count any more. You may get paid more per line but don't count on making more money per shift. I do not believe those MTs boasting 200+ line counts are working any tier 3 accounts.
