Definitely no increase in pay. Tier up to get more work types, which might be more difficult jobs. I'm tier 3 so I get all work types. Ask your TSM how to tier up. I think you might have to take a test. If you are making decent money at your tier, you might consider staying at that tier. Get the official info from your TSM.
