I've never received a bonus or even a card.
I got a raise from one of my companies about 6 years ago but not a cent since. I even expect that to be reduced in some way soon seeing the current trends in pay are dating back to 2000 now.
It would make me happy to hear stories of MTs who did get bonuses though. I know no one is getting a raise.
I can't stand this industry anymore.
