There are really only two ways your report can disappear. F11, which will give you a popup asking if you are sure you want to delete the report and will leave you a blank screen with audio intact.
Or you can Upload. With the mouse or using an Alt plus U or whatever letter is highlighted up there in the word Upload. But as soon as you do that, Document Check will run. It will then give you a list of problems with suggestions. Then you will get a screen asking if you're sure you want to Upload. So it's hard to make your report disappear, no worries.
Of course, you can highlight text and press delete. And up next to Upload, you have the option to Break or Split. Even if you select those, you will still get a screen asking if you're sure you want to do those things.
So it's kind of hard to lose a report by accident!
