It has been awful since MW was on leave for me too. She came back and it is still bad. I'm lucky I make 140 lines lately. Her emails sounded so "crabby" yesterday. I am waiting for an email from her slamming me for my lph and the PM to follow. I honestly have been preparing in my head what to say to it. I used to average 170-180 all the time before that. These transcription jobs and the overwhelming amount of accounts have just destroyed my production. They seem to have changed their audit system though, no more monthly scores. I have no idea where I stand there!
It really does make me feel good that I am not the only one going through this. Obviously it is them, not us!!
