You are more than smart doing this. Don't give them any more than you can, because they don't appreciate it, hence the pay and cruel treatment by them. This company is the devil and I can say that first hand, because I did work for them. I lasted 8 months and found something else.
Thankfully being an MT is supplement for me, otherwise, I would go off the deep end for sure and yet I still struggle.
