Nobody likes change, and it's especially difficult around the holidays.
Please take heart that MModal wants to keep you on staff and make you happy. The downfall that everyone talks about will not happen in the first several months, and will most likely happen gradually.
I pray you:
1. Find some joy outside of work, with your children, family, and friends.
2. Get a full night of sleep.
3. Are surrounded by people who love you and will be there for you no matter what.
