You might (I have no way of knowing) be paid at the same rate per line that you made before, but there is no way of knowing what your lph will be in order to establish a PTO rate. Our PTO rates are based off an average of our lph over a 6-month period, and reviewed and changed every 6 months. From everything I have heard or read, it is $10 per hour until that is established, but I have no way of knowing this for sure, as I have not been in the situation myself.
