You should tread very lightly doing this. Potential HIPAA violations, employment violations, and not to mention Nuance IS a tech company and probably can figure out who you are.
I know they (somehow) know who people are on this board.
I also wonder sometimes who actually owns this board. It wouldn't surprise me if Nuance owned or ever tried to own this board.
Paranoid? Possibly. But I posted something here one time about the company (it was Accentus right before the purchase by Nuance) and they figured out who I was and asked me about the post.
