so they may be having a very difficult time hiring MTs at those rates, especially for hospital/acute care work and then requesting certain shift times as an IC.
They really walk the line on legality there in my opinion.
That company needs to be shamed. She's probably making really good money off the backs of these MTs. As soon as the Nuance work is gone, those jobs will be gone and that company will not care less about the MTs out of work.
Deduct taxes on that $.03 a line and what do you have left?
