I'm not too sure exactly who at the hospital to contact about this. We just do some of their clinics, which are part of the hospital system. I looked on the hospital's web site, but have no idea who the proper contact would be for this matter. I really think they need to know about this as well as the fact that Encore is placing the blame on them by telling us MTs that the reason we haven't been paid is because the hospital didn't pay. So totally unprofessional!
