Upgrade to IKM Gen 2 6 weeks ago, still not working correctly, much frustration in providers and MTs. Recording, pedal, latency, etc., etc.
The dictation/transcription part of the EMR appears to have been tacked on without much thought. Very discouraging. As the owner of a small MTSO, this is my biggest headache at present. I have an experienced staff who can't work efficiently because of this poorly designed program.
