Not going back to school at my age - LDSMT

At this point, it would not pay me to go back to school, especially not to be a coder. I have seen the coding jobs offered around here that are in-house and they don't come close to what I make here. Why would I pay for school, try to do school and work full time, just to make less money in the end? I am glad it worked for you, but I only have 4 years to go and make plenty of money doing what I am doing.
