I did it and so did many others. I put myself through coding school and got a nice in house job making much more than I did as MT at Mmodal. With raises and weekends off and appreciation for my hard work. There is no reason to settle into Mmodal and say this is the best it will ever be. I got sick of complaining about this place and did something about it and got out. Don't use lack of education as an excuse. We make so little here that anyone will probably get school paid for through grants. As for me I worked OT and put myself through school. I now work half as hard and make twice as much money at my new job. It can be done.
