Company A: 500 lph. Assigned accounts for 15+ years so familiarity, no BOS or ridiculous rules (simply type what doctor says), standardized heading format and simple demographics filled in by dictator, well-trained speech engine so minimal edits needed.
Unfortunately, owner retired because of offshore companies underbidding her accounts.
M*Modal: 175 lph. Countless differing specs, 30+ accounts all over the country, platform with lots of unpaid steps, complicated demographics which we were responsible for (again, unpaid), nitpicky QA.
