My hubby has insurance through his work, I only pay for me because my kids also have separate insurance. I pay $68 every 2 weeks. I chose the HSA with debit card, I add $5 every pay period into the account because we also have Teladoc which is free. I also have dental and vision. That's honestly not a bad price. I'm still able to pay daycare and have money left over for bills after insurance and taxes so I'm ahead. Teladoc is free for employee, and it says only $10 for spouse and children but my hubs has used it twice and they didn't charge him at all. It can be used for just about anything. It makes it worth having the low premium insurance.
