I've been at this for over 40 years and just fed up with the expectations of the MTSOs and the near minimum wage pay. I was doing it just to supplement my retirement anyway, so why make myself physically and emotionally ill for a measly few hundred bucks extra a month? I'm looking for something 10-15 hours a week outside the house, working with other people, moving around, and NOT sitting for hours making myself a nervous wreck. I'll find something, and if I don't that's okay too. I'll stay busy and active anyway.
