I'm sorry for the confusion. It is called "FastFox" word expander. I purchased and downloaded it from the NCH transcription site when I purchased my transcription software. I have watched the video and read the directions 3 times (boring!)to make sure I didn't miss anything. I found nothing that applies to my problem. I appreciate your taking the time to read my post and inquire about it! Thanks.
