are you cutting off your nose to spite your face? I agree 1000% with what you are saying, but you cannot fight this monster and it will destroy you in the end. They will just fire you, so I would do what you say your are going to do and be looking aggressively for another job to get away from this blood sucking place. I lasted 6 months and finally just shut my computer off and never went back and never heard a word from them, nice huh? I did find another job before I did that though. I am still not making that much money, but I am at least working in a somewhat manageable situation doing transcription. I had to go the IC route though, so consider that as well.
Good luck and keep your sanity and quit this place. It is the devil and beyond!
