Good luck on the 165 if you get 8 hours of unintelligible dictators who cannot speak English and don't speak in complete sentences. Oh, do verbatim they say. Then you will need to correct their poor grammar at the same time, which makes verbatim a joke. A person would really like to blank an entire report and mark it as "junk in, junk out." They call the MT joint a MC joint, a female patient he or worse them or it. It goes on and on and pulls your speed to almost a standstill. Oh, but no more than 3 blanks. Do it verbatim and then get dinged for it.
