MS Ergo Keyboard Issue (the black one) - Typist Posted: Nov 27th, 2017 - 10:18 am
About a year ago I bought one of the newer MS ergo keyboards -- the black model. Personally I preferred the older putty/blue keyboards, but I digress...
It sits atop a plastic base that has three wells for "clips" to fit into. I have had this set up like this since I bought it without removing the base.
Now, the base will not stay put. I have reattached it several times only to have it slip back off/out. It's as though the plastic were "stretched' or something. I'm not keen on supergluing them together to have the flexibility and also in case the keyboard needs to be worked on.
Have any of you experienced this? If so, did you find a "fix" and if so what was it?
