I feel like MModal - is chasing me

I left Landmark a couple years ago and they got taken over by MModal this past spring. Now Alliance.

I do have a friend who stayed on with Alliance/MModal. It is about 6 months on now, and there have been very few changes. Just this month they are hearing about changes to their direct managers and murmurs about learning a new platform (Fluency)... so we may have a window of opportunity. Depends on any changes to pay.

And by the way, as somebody else mentioned above, I have never worked anywhere where we had less communication with each other. I feel totally isolated. It sucks. This thread on MTStars is the only chat I've ever had with other Alliance MTs!
