2002 but only decreases since then with 2 pay cuts this year. - brokeMT Posted: Nov 23rd, 2017 - 5:29 am In Reply to: So I'll answer first. - NEVER.
My first job was as an IC at a home-based operation run by a fabulous woman with family values!! After 3 months at 7.5 cpl I went to 8 cpl (I was a newbie). Never should have left and I believe she stopped doing MTSO.
Since then it has been nothing but one decrease after another - 2 new compensation plans this year alone along with decrease in PTO last year.
The company tried to give us a pseudo-raise by increasing production requirements to 24,000 lines per pay period but so far that hasn't really worked out. LOL!!! Wonder what corporate employees get as a cost of living increase and holiday bonus?
