Now, you figure in the no training pay, crappy dictators, MANDATORY eight hours per day of production, MANDATORY watching of keyboard time, offshore QA, running out of work, switching of accounts on a whim and strict schedule with weekends. I'm sure I missed something, Oh yes, all of the micromanaging and "pet" work pools and you will see why the LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE makes me wonder why anybody would apply. The only people working there are the favorite ones. The rest of the work goes to the new hires who rotate in and out on a daily basis. Type for a few days, make nothing, move on means they get the work done without having to pay for it. Its not rocket science.
