I really seriously don't know what their deal is, expecting sheer perfection the first time around. How they get anybody to stay working for them is beyond me, with that broomstick jockey SN.
Apparently they have some people permanently. Those ones must be very, very good, or they kiss up. Broomstick and the owner can't be doing all the work themselves.
She wastes a lot of her own time with this drive-by hire/fire deal, so I guess she's the one loses out the most in the long run. Her time wasted as well as Broomstick's time.
Personally, I think they're both egotistical nut cases on a power trip.
