I'd far, far, far rather have a conscientious editor in Mumbai doing our family's records than some resentful slacker in the U.S.
Senses of duty to patients, ethics and morals come from within all involved with healthcare and have absolutely nothing to do with geography, what we are paid, or the choices of the upper management of our various employers.
I also completely miss the connection between 0 blanks and supposedly poor patient care. That's strictly a pay issue.
