To save your sanity, get another job. It’s scary but apply to other companies or explore typing legal transcripts from home. Keep an eye on MTJobs.com, they have new medical transcription jobs posted daily. You deserve a job in which you are valued not demoralized and Nuance has a sweatshop attitude toward the MTs
