I no longer care. My work ethic (as far as caring about the employer) is gone. I will only do what's right for the patient. I'll do my best for the patient's sake. Whether I pend or not, I end up with minimum wage anyways. This account is so difficult and there is no differential and no blanks allowed - nearly every report goes to QA. There are major tech issues, sound issues and dictator quality issues with my account. This is not my fault and my complaints matter not to Nuance. So I'm going to just trust my judgment and only pend if *my judgment* tells me I should.
I'm looking for another job anyways. I can get a job at any gas station or fast food place within a day and make more money, so I'm no longer scared. I don't care if they fire me and I don't care how they feel about my performance. I no longer care.
