he was noted to have a small crescent tear. This was visualized from multiple portals and a bleeding bone bed was created at the articular collagen margin for better healing.
Sorry to be a pest. Although I transcribed for 30 years, I took 6 off to raise 5 foster kids. They are now adopted and I needed to go back to work. I am one week at this job and am having an awful time. I am afraid to lose it because I am 69 and it is hard to find companies that will hire someone my age. I promise not to abuse your kindness and truly appreciate your help.
PS: This doc is chomping on ice while dictating and is ESL to boot!!
