arthroscopic rotator cuff repair - Sewing-bird

1. 1.      Left shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
2. 2.      Subacromial decompression.
   
3. 3.      Anterior capsular release.
4. 4.      Major synovial s/l bunny-gear-mole debridement.

I have searched for #4 for 25 minutes and nothing.  Can someone please help.  Thank you from the bottom of my little pea-pickin heart!
