as I am thinking of. I recently emailed back and forth with a laura of MTWerks. I didn't buy anything; she replied to a post on FB where I said I was frustrated with Instant Text. She said she would send me a couple slides that might help. I gave her my email and she did just that. No charge though. She seemed very nice on the board. Not sure if the two are related though.
