Nuance VR is definitely getting worse, but at least you get a giggle now and then.
Doc: "Patient cannot swallow, has fever."
VR: "Patient cannot swallow head either."
Oh, dear, the kids came running in to see if I was having a seizure...and I couldn't tell them.
