Because they are too stupid to do the research which would tell them it is a training course that will put them on the fast-track to addition debt, a lot of wasted training time, and a job that pays less than picking strawberries as a migrant worker.
The training schools have no interest in telling the truth because then they would be out of jobs. This is the same with AHDI. All of them are squeezing the last opportunity out of this until it is completely destroyed and there is nothing left.
