I’m currently a FT employee (not IC) at another company. For the past month our volume has been so low I’m not even getting half time hours, even logging in “off shift” looking for makeup work. I like the work, the accounts, and my coworkers, but all of that doesn’t matter if I can’t keep a roof over my head.
So, honestly, what are the pros/cons at MM? I don’t want to move from frying pan to fire, so if workload isn’t there for you either, or if there are other things that adversely impact your pay, I’d like to hear about it!
